The program goal is to provide a holistic structure to educate, develop and train emerging leaders by improving information flow and knowledge effectively among the youth. Provide avenue for continuing in both formal and informal education, entrepreneurship, sports, creative art and Information Technology innovation through creation of scholarships, grants and other opportunities to tap into locally and abroad.

The Center for Transforming Mission aims to equip church and community leaders through theological training that seek to help them practically address a myriad of urban challenges their communities are facing. Our urban theological training is designed to enthuse both the seasoned and emerging local leaders into a lifestyle of action and reflection and with a focused desired outcome of these leaders loving and serving their cities into greatness.

Impact Accelerator Academy
The Innovation Impact Accelerator is designed to propel innovative ideas and solutions that address pressing societal challenges. It’s build in the principles of entrepreneurship and social impact, this accelerator helps in the development and scaling of initiatives with the potential to create meaningful change in communities and around the world.
How we do it:
Selected innovators from informal settlements around Nairobi participate in an intensive incubation period, receiving mentorship, training, and access to resources to refine their ideas and develop viable business models.
- Funding support is provided to help select innovators build and test prototypes of their solutions, enabling them to gather feedback, iterate, and improve.
- Successful projects progress to the acceleration phase, where they receive further investment, mentorship, and technical assistance to scale their impact and reach larger audiences.
- Participants gain access to a wide network of partners, investors, experts, and potential collaborators who can provide valuable support, advice, and connections.
- Opportunities are provided for innovators to showcase their projects and attract additional funding, partnerships, and support from a broader audience.
- An alumni ensures sustained growth and impact, including access to ongoing mentorship, funding opportunities, and networking events.
